The dynamic interface enables agents to explore real estate data and trends in the geographical areas and market segments they choose. MarketViewer provides agents with some of the most comprehensive, accurate real estate data available in Texas. Agents will be able to pull data for multiple real estate market segments including single family, condos and townhouses, apartment statistics and new construction. Using MarketViewer agents can obtain market information on multiple levels such as state, city, county, and more. MarketViewer provides invaluable information which agent can incorporate into the buyer and listing presentations. MarketViewer helps agents provide their clients with understandable market data from a vast array of market areas to aid client in making an informed decision whether buyer or seller.
