Description
This course will focus on understanding the TREC one to four contract. This includes promulgated forms, time frames involved and how to follow up during the closing process. This is essential to a real estate agent being able to perform their fiduciary duties to their client. It will also discuss things that can happen between the time the offer is written and time of closing.

No refunds will be issued after Oct 21st, 2021. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
