Description
This session covers the latest real estate industry issues and updates, and what’s driving the industry today. How it serves to let the public know who we are, our stability and longevity as a state REALTOR® association. We’ll discuss the changing member, homebuyer, and home seller profiles and how those changes affect our industry and our communities.

*GMAR University Students: You still MUST register to attend courses. A $25 Fee will be assessed to no-show registrants.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by last business day before class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
