This course will give Realtors® the tools they need to serve their clients in a highly competitive seller’s market. Agents will learn how to identify a seller’s market for specific properties and understand how to use the Code of Ethics to navigate multiple offers. The class focuses on important concepts and tools including Variable Rate Commission, Buyer qualification, Guidelines for making offers, Guidelines for showing and presenting offers, Confidentiality concerns, Terms that can win the day, and forms that can help your seller get the perfect offer.

A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by Oct 18th, 2021 otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after Oct 19th, 2021. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
