|Let’s discuss the purpose of a negotiation. We’ll cover what is required from the client and the agent for a successful outcome. This course will explore personal negotiating styles and how to recognize that of your counterpart. Finally, we will uncover an array of tools, tips, and techniques to help master the art of a negotiation for the real estate transaction.|

No refunds will be issued after 1st day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
