In this course the real estate professional will learn to interpret national economic data and how it affects local real estate on a residential and commercial level. They will gain understanding of regional and state trends and discover ways to better explain to clients. Identify key indicators in residential data. Describe the differences in new construction and existing home sales statistics and recognize trends in the different commercial sectors. Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received before the start of the class date otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after the start of the class date/time. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm three business day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
