Description
Course introduces agents to the field of property management and what this specific real estate niche entails. Course will define roles and responsibilities of both property managers and leasing agents. It discusses various aspects of property managers’ role and practices that managers can implement to successfully operate properties for owners, including preparing and marketing properties, addressing maintenance issues, evictions and ensuring properties are compliant with Texas Property Code requirements.

Cancellation Policy!
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are no more than 10 registrants by 5:00pm 72 hours prior to In-Person class date.
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are registrants by 5:00pm 72 hours prior to Zoom class date.
*When classes are canceled due to No Registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day of.
