This course is an overview of fundamental mortgage concepts. Agents will learn steps involved in calculating a mortgage payment to help explain and prepare clients, loan program basics and what lenders are looking for when making a loan decision

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by last business day before class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
