Description
The goal of the Military Relocation Professional Certification course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services-at any stage in the service member’s military career-that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. This course is designed to assist the licensee in gaining critical knowledge to develop their expertise when working with veterans and active duty military. To provide access to the resources needed for finding affordable, suitable and maintainable housing solutions for military personnel. This course will make the licensee aware of the most current updates and changes pertaining to military housing guidelines.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by last business day before class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
