This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used forms being able to clearly and concisely guide clients with completion is imperative. Being able to explain and guide Buyers and Sellers through the 1-4 Family Contract is imperative. Looking out for their best interest and explaining the impact of contingencies, exclusions, option, survey, closing date and much, much more is our fiduciary duty. This class goes line by through the 1-4 Family Residential Contract. As one of the most used residential forms you should be able to competently, clearly, and concisely guide your clients through the TXR 1601. Knowing what your specific clients priorities are is imperative to looking out for their best interests.

- Classes are automatically canceled if there are no more than 10 registrants by 5:00pm 72 hours prior to In-Person class date.
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are registrants by 5:00pm 72 hours prior to Zoom class date.
*When classes are canceled due to No Registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day of.
