This comprehensive 2-hour course is designed to provide real estate professionals with an in-depth understanding of the Fortified Home Program. As the demand for resilient and durable homes increases, especially in areas prone to natural disasters and severe weather, this course equips agents with the knowledge to confidently inform and advise homeowners about the benefits and processes associated with the Fortified Home certification.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received 72 hours prior to class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
*GMAR University Students: You still MUST register to attend courses. A $25 Fee will be assessed to no-show registrants.
- No refunds will be issued after day of class.
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are no more than 10 registrants 72 hours prior to class date.
- When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
