The course is a basic introduction to the nuisances when transferring residential sales and clients to commercial buyers and sellers. This course will detail complex issues that can arise in a commercial transaction when they are the new commercial agent. License holders will gain insights by learning that a mentor could be an expense that must be accounted for when entering the commercial industry. The typical players in the commercial industry will be revealed to the agents. Challenges that might come up for the agents during a transaction that would be fine with residential transactions. Discussion on basics of commercial real estate training that must be considered. How to keep from practicing law when completing commercial contracts will be discussed.

No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
