Description
A real estate contract must be in writing and signed by the parties (buyers and sellers) to the contract. It must contain an offer to sell or purchase, acceptance of the offer, the sale price, and an adequate description of the property. Texas real estate agents must use a real estate contract form approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Real estate agents will be able to apply the knowledge they learn from this course directly to their real estate business when completing and explaining the contract, its parameters, and its intent to clients.

A full refund will be issued if written notification is received 72 hours prior to class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
*GMAR University Students: You still MUST register to attend courses. A $25 Fee will be assessed to no-show registrants.
- No refunds will be issued after day of class.
- Classes are automatically canceled if there are no more than 10 registrants 72 hours prior to class date.
- When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
