Description
t’s important you take the right steps during negotiations. It’s likely more than one offer will be on the table. Learning to make your clients offer standout when responding to multiple offers can make the difference in getting an offer accepted. In this class, agents will learn what it takes to get the seller’s attention and focus on their clients offer compared to the rest.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by last business day before class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
