Description
The local MLS system is crucial to the livelihood of the real estate professional. This course is a basic introduction to the MLS System. Whether a new to the association or longtime, agents will learn how to use and access the MLS, setup basic agent preferences for use and how to add then edit new listings. Agents will learn proper data entry guidelines and listing procedures for properties.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by last business day before class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
