Commercial Complexity (Via Zoom)

Description

This course will detail some of the complex issues that can arise in a commercial transaction from listing to closing. Agents will learn strategies to help them recognize and develop solutions for transaction challenges that might include property location, mitigation for environmental hazards, liquidation of on-site physical assets, community context, long-distance parties to the transaction, and funding sources. License holders will gain valuable insights by learning about the consequences of decisions made in the various steps of a complex transaction and develop creative problem-solving for a number of complicating factors that might occur while assembling a commercial deal. How to overcome challenges as the deal develops and evaluate the success or failure of solutions.
