Description

This course covers what Realtors® need to know about smart home systems. Topics include understanding what makes a smart home, knowing smart home vocabulary, understanding adoption rates and market statistics, identifying common devices in smart homes, explaining smart home benefits and challenges, how to prepare for showing a smart home and mastering listing and selling a smart home. This course will also educate Realtors® on sections in the 1-4 Family Residential Contract that deal with smart homes including the Addendum Regarding Fixture Leases.

A full refund will be issued if written notification is received before the start of class otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. 

No refunds will be issued after class has started. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
