Building a Real Estate Consulting Business (Via Zoom)

Description
This course will introduce students to the concept of real estate consulting. Consulting will be compared to transactional brokerage, and students will learn why clients hire consultants. Pricing and payment structures will be outlined, with all participants being mindful of antitrust concerns. Students will explore various consulting opportunities that they may have when serving sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants. At the end of the course, students will have completed a preliminary action plan that they can use to begin building a consulting practice.

A full refund will be issued if written notification is received 72 hours prior to class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
*GMAR University Students: You still MUST register to attend courses. A $25 Fee will be assessed to no-show registrants.

- Classes are automatically canceled if there are no more than 10 registrants 72 hours prior to class date.
- When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
