Description
The Texas Real Estate Commission has determined that additional and continuing education regarding the promulgated forms and documents is required and advisable for the Real Estate Community. This course is intended to provide participants with an in-depth review, by paragraph, of the One to Four Family Contract (RESALE). Participants will come away with a better understanding of this contract, not just what goes in the blanks, but also a better understanding of the meaning and impact of the various provisions

*GMAR University Students: You still MUST register to attend courses. A $25 Fee will be assessed to no-show registrants.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by last business day before class date, otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after day of class. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
