About
Hello, my name is Nelda Pereira and I am delighted to introduce myself to you. I am a real estate agent, broker, and CEO of Gold Compass Realty since 2023. I have been in the real estate industry since 2018 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey thus far. As a broker and CEO, I lead a team of real estate professionals, helping our clients achieve their dream of owning a home or property.
Before starting my career in real estate, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. This degree has proven to be invaluable in my work as a real estate agent, as it has taught me how to understand and connect with people on a deeper level. Understanding people's motivations and desires is a crucial aspect of my work, and my degree has helped me excel in this area.
I am also a licensed Texas Insurance agent with 22 years of Health and Supplemental Insurance experience. Apart from my work in real estate and Insurance, I am also a Pastor at Promise Land Church in Mission, Texas. I have been serving my community as a pastor since 2006, and I consider it a great privilege to help people in this capacity as well. I am passionate about serving others and helping them find meaning and purpose in their lives.
I have been married for 40 years and am the proud mother of four children. My family is the most important thing in my life, and I cherish every moment spent with them. My family has been my biggest support system throughout my journey, and I am grateful for their love and encouragement.
