Hector Guerra was first licensed in 1986 and  has been the Broker/Owner at RE/MAX Hacienda since 2008 years and before that he spent 10 years with Dizdar Development Co. developing and selling lots and subdivisions throughout the Rio Grande Valley for resale to Home Builders! Mr.Guerra has sat on the GMAR Board of Directors on & off for over 10 years, served on the ad-hoc committee for the current GMAR Building as vice-chair of the planning and building committee, and was recently was 1 of the 2 members of GMAR on the Texas State Board of Directors representing GMAR in all State matters and also chaired the 2026-27  Board nominating committee. All this while maintaining sales goals, for over 20 years as a RE/MAX 100% Club recipient, a Hall of Fame Award, helping 100s of buyers & sellers achieve their goals!
