Tony Garza, MBA, is a Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in retail, office, land, and investment properties throughout the Rio Grande Valley. He works with investors, developers, business owners, landlords, and tenants to identify strategic real estate opportunities that support their business objectives and long-term investment goals. Since entering commercial real estate in 2021, Tony has successfully guided clients through a wide range of commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing assignments, and investment transactions across South Texas.

Before entering the industry, Tony spent more than 25 years in sales, procurement, operations, and business development spanning a broad range of industries. As a business owner and operations executive, he managed large-scale infrastructure and energy-related projects while overseeing financial performance through profit and loss management, balance sheet analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning. This experience provides clients with valuable insight into property financials, investment underwriting, risk assessment, and portfolio growth strategies.

Tony earned both his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Active in the local business community, he serves on multiple nonprofit and community-focused boards and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation to further strengthen his expertise in commercial investment and advisory services.
