Erica purchased her first real estate investment at the age of 21 years old.  At that moment, she realized real estate is her passion.  Erica became licensed in 2003.  She has multi-faceted experience.  She's been the HUD broad listing broker in 22 counties all at once.  Demonstrating asset management skills and gaining all types of experience in dealing with a wide range of types of buyers and assets.  She's worked being the listing broker for many different banks, Fannie Mae, VA and other REO companies.  In her years of real estate experience she's worked for an auction company where she's listed assets all over the State of Texas, therefore has knowledge in the auctioneering business whether if it's live auctions at the courthouse steps or through the actual auction companies.  Erica has demonstrated her passion for real estate as she gets involved with her sellers, whether if it's helping them stage the home or giving her sellers suggestions to maximize the return value on their home.  Adding to her real estate resume is also being involved in new construction and remodeling of residential properties.
