Description
.Suburban expansion has necessitated the need for Municipal Utility Districts (MUD) in many areas. This course will explore the genesis and history of MUDs from inception to their ratification in the Texas Constitution and the MUD impact on housing development and pricing.

A full refund will be issued if written notification is received by Nov 5th, 2021 otherwise a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after Nov 8th, 2021. Classes are automatically canceled if there are no registrants by 5:00pm day before class. When classes are canceled due to no registrants, we will not register any walk-ins the day-of.
