Description
This practical course equips Texas real estate professionals to become grant-ready and use AI to accelerate high-quality grant writing and submission workflows. Participants learn how to identify fundable real-estate-related initiatives (e.g., workforce housing, neighborhood revitalization, resiliency upgrades, energy efficiency, historic preservation, community facilities, small business corridors), assess organizational readiness, and build compelling narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation. Emphasis is placed on ethical use of AI, data safety, accuracy, and aligning proposals with funder priorities and measurable outcomes.
